Nutrition and workout schedule depend on your goals, starting point, and available training equipment.
The minimum commitment for lifestyle coaching is three months. After the initial three months, you can cancel at any time. While some time is necessary to build strong habits to get accustomed to a healthy fitness lifestyle, the ultimate goal is educating each client to continue following the fit lifestyle without the assistance of a coach.
