As an working mom and Army wife, she understands how challenging life can be and knows what it takes to connect the business lifestyle with reaching personal health and fitness goals. After talking to many fellow moms and business women, she decided to help them educate themselves about how to get fit, healthy, and consistent to reach their unique goals.

Lisa is certified in personal training, nutrition, and bodybuilding. Additionally, she is a certified fitness instructor. As a fitness journalist and nutrition expert, she has worked with established names in the fitness industry, including adidas, Rebook, and Camp Gladiator.
Bodybuilding increased her knowledge of adjusting macros to improve her physique and adjust nutrition, supplementation, and training to reach different fitness goals. This knowledge also gave her the confidence to improve her relationship with food. Now, she is helping her clients increase their knowledge about nutrition and build a strong mind for long-term consistency.
